앱에서 직접 삭제하기 (권장)
가장 빠른 방법입니다. 앱에서 바로 처리되며 별도 확인 절차가 필요 없습니다.
- 타이밍 클래시 앱을 엽니다.
- 하단 탭에서 프로필로 이동합니다.
- 맨 아래 계정 삭제를 누릅니다.
- 안내 문구를 확인하고 삭제를 확정합니다.
이메일로 요청하기
앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우, 아래 주소로 요청해 주세요. 확인 후 처리하고 결과를 회신합니다.

계정 삭제 요청 - 내용: 가입에 사용한 Google 계정 이메일 또는 앱에서 사용하던 닉네임
본인 확인을 위해 추가 정보를 여쭐 수 있습니다. 이메일 요청은 접수 후 영업일 기준 30일 이내에 처리됩니다.
삭제되는 데이터
- 계정 정보 — 로그인 정보, 이메일, 프로필 이름, 닉네임
- 레이팅·티어·판수 (리더보드에서도 함께 사라집니다)
- 보유 재화 — 골드·다이아·에너지
- 보유·장착 중인 타이머 스킨
- 미션 진행도, 챌린지 기록
- 부정행위 탐지용 반응 시간 통계
- 매칭 대기열에 남아 있던 정보
삭제되지 않고 남는 데이터

되돌릴 수 없습니다. 삭제 후에는 같은 계정으로 다시 로그인해도 이전 기록·재화·구매한 스킨을 복구할 수 없습니다. 다만 광고 제거는 Google Play 계정에 귀속된 비소비성 구매라, 새 계정에서 구매 복원으로 되살릴 수 있습니다.
Delete in the app (recommended)
This is the fastest route — it is processed immediately in the app, with no further verification needed.
- Open the Timing Clash app.
- Go to the Profile tab at the bottom.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen.
- Read the warning and confirm.

If you cannot access the app, send us a request at the address below. We will verify and confirm once it is done.

Account deletion request - Include: the Google account email you signed up with, or the nickname you used in the app
We may ask for additional information to verify your identity. Email requests are handled within 30 business days of receipt.
Data that is deleted
- Account information — sign-in details, email, profile name, nickname
- Rating, tier, and match count (also removed from leaderboards)
- Currency balances — gold, diamonds, energy
- Owned and equipped timer skins
- Mission progress and challenge records
- Reaction-time statistics used for cheat detection
- Any leftover matchmaking queue entries
Data that is retained

This cannot be undone. After deletion, signing in again with the same account will not restore your records, currency, or purchased skins. However, ad removal is a non-consumable purchase tied to your Google Play account, so it can be restored on a new account via Restore Purchases.
